Spray Foam Duct Work, Howell, Michigan
This is a job we did in Howell for a customer who had duct work in their attic. The duct work was wrapped with thin insulation and emitted heat into the attic causing the snow on the roof to melt and eventually leading to damaging ice dams. We used closed cell foam in this application which kept the duct warmer and the attic cooler. Spray foam is the most effective way to air seal ducts and keep the warm air in the duct where it belongs.
